My work is grounded in Humanistic therapy and shaped by years of experience supporting meaningful change. I take an integrative, collaborative approach that helps you develop a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions, so they feel more manageable and less defining. Together, we explore the beliefs and emotional patterns formed earlier in life with curiosity and compassion, focusing on how they impact you today. A key part of our work is strengthening your internal dialogue—learning to meet difficult emotions and self-critical parts with understanding and care. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where all parts of you are welcome and lasting change can take root.
