      <image:title>About Me - About me</image:title>
<image:caption>I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut, where I studied Psychology and Business, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Webster University in the Netherlands. My academic background, combined with diverse clinical experience, has shaped a thoughtful, flexible approach to therapy that centers on the individual rather than a single framework. My clinical experience includes one year in an ADHD clinic, where I developed a deep understanding of neurodivergence and the nuanced, compassionate support it requires. I also spent two and a half years working within a university setting, supporting students between the ages of 18 and 30—experience that profoundly refined my approach to therapy and deepened my understanding of the challenges people face in formative years. I have maintained my private practice for four years, providing consistent, successful treatment for a diverse range of clients. Additionally, I have spent six months working with Spring Health, an American tech-health company, which expanded my perspective on accessible and evidence-informed care. These experiences have strengthened my clinical perspective and reinforced my commitment to providing attentive, effective support for young adults and neurodivergent individuals. My work is integrative and collaborative. Rather than applying a single therapeutic model, I take the time to understand who you are, what you are navigating, and what you hope to change. Together, we create a space for open and honest exploration, allowing patterns, emotions, and beliefs to be met with clarity and compassion. A central focus of my work is supporting people in living more closely aligned with their values and developing a more authentic, supportive inner dialogue. I believe meaningful change occurs when we learn to relate to ourselves with curiosity, acceptance, and care—and I strive to walk alongside you in that process.</image:caption>

<image:title>BetterMind Therapy - Tools to Support Meaningful Change</image:title>
<image:caption>Mindful Awareness Learn to observe your thoughts and emotions with curiosity rather than judgment, helping you understand long-standing patterns with greater clarity and self-compassion. Grounding and Regulation Develop practical ways to steady yourself during moments of anxiety or low mood, reconnect with the present, and regain a sense of choice in how you move forward. Emotional Understanding and Integration Create space to listen to your inner emotional world with care. By approaching emotions with compassion, we uncover the insight and wisdom they carry and learn how to respond to them more supportively.</image:caption>
